Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Digital products (including wallpapers, digital artworks, and banners) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Physical products (such as art prints) are eligible for returns if they meet the following conditions:
    • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • It is in the same condition as received.

Cancellations

  • Digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is made.
  • Physical product orders may be canceled before shipment—contact us at support@artofnoteless.in for cancellation requests.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Art prints showing signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window.

Refund Process & Timeline

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for processing.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times vary.
  4. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@artofnoteless.in
    and we would communicate from there on.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will review and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Returns

To return a physical product, mail it to:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returns.
